Recap: Prosser Mustangs vs. Ephrata Tigers
There's no place like home for The Prosser Mustangs, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 28-21 win over Ephrata on Thursday. This was payback for Prosser, who suffered a 20-17 loss the last time these two teams met.
Prosser can attribute much of their success to Kory McClure, who threw for 146 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes. Landon Bailey was in the mix too, providing Prosser with two touchdowns.
Prosser's win bumped their record up to 4-4. As for Ephrata, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.
Prosser will head out on the road to face off against Selah at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. As for Ephrata, they will be playing at home against Ellensburg at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Washington (Ellensburg is ranked 122nd, while Ephrata is ranked 100th).
