With a playoff win on the line, Cuero rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Sinton Pirates 56-29. The win was nothing new for the Gobblers as they're now sitting on 18 straight.

Cuero's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aubrey Bowles, who went 6-for-9 to rack up 17 points in addition to seven rebounds and six blocks. The matchup was Bowles' third in a row with at least 17 points. Mauryana Dasilva was another key player, shooting 58% from the field en route to 14 points along with seven steals and five assists.

Cuero pushed their record up to 31-6 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.5 points. As for Sinton, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 25-11.

Cuero has already played their next contest, a 41-23 victory against Navarro on the 21st. Sinton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
