Soccer Recap: Olathe North Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Olathe North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mill Valley Jaguars. While losing is never fun, Olathe North can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 82nd, while Mill Valley are ranked 13th).

Olathe North's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Mill Valley, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Olathe North is set to challenge their familiar foe Shawnee Mission Northwest on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mill Valley will face off against rival Shawnee Mission North on Thursday.
