Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Fort Recovery walked away with it. They blew past the Eastern Eagles, posting a 38-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won four matchups by 26 points or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Fort Recovery and bumps their season record up to 7-5. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 14 points in those games. As for Eastern, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 10-1.

Coming up, Fort Recovery will take on Marion Local at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Flyers' defense has only allowed 8.4 points per game this season, so the Indians' offense will have their work cut out for them. Eastern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
