Recap: Donahue Catholic Shamrocks vs. Seacrest Country Day Stingrays
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Donahue Catholic Shamrocks walked away with it. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Stingrays 65-63. The victory was nothing new for Donahue Catholic as they're now sitting on four straight.
Erling Berg continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds. Berg is crushing the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Isaac Loboda, who scored 11 points along with six assists.
Donahue Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. As for Seacrest Country Day, they are on a 20-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-22.
Donahue Catholic has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Neumann at 7:00 p.m. on February 10th.
