Basketball Recap: Havelock Rams vs. Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs
Havelock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 31-30 heartbreaker at the hands of the Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Monarchs earlier this season, when they won 49-24.

Havelock lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Timayah Brown, who posted 13 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in boards. Kaitlynn Howell was another key player, putting up seven points and ten rebounds.
