The Dunwoody Wildcats posted their closest victory since December 2, 2023 on Friday. They skirted past South Cobb 51-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Dunwoody.
South Cobb's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Devin Wicker, who scored six points along with three blocks. Kj Martin was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Dunwoody's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-14. As for South Cobb, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.
