Baseball Recap: Hatley Victorious

Hatley proved they can win big on Monday (they won by 12) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Baldwyn Bearcats 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tigers have posted since April 10, 2025.

Brody Sloan was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Jeremy Odom also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Hatley's record is now 8-13. As for Baldwyn, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13-1 record this season.

Hatley will have a chance to go back-to-back against Baldwyn: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
