While Glenbard West put up plenty of points on Saturday, the same can't be said for Hinsdale South. The Hilltoppers really took it to the Hornets for the full four quarters, racking up a 63-0 victory. The contest marked the Hilltoppers' most dominant win of the season.

Glenbard West got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jack Walti out in front who rushed for 70 yards and three scores on only five carries. Those rushing touchdowns marked the first that Walti has punched in this season. Another player making a difference was Brody Goerig, who rushed for 81 yards and one TD.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Glenbard West proved: they limited Hinsdale South to a paltry 1.2 yards per carry. The Hilltoppers didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 16.6.

Glenbard West pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.4 points over those games. As for Hinsdale South, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

As for Hinsdale South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 29-27 defeat against Downers Grove South on the 10th.
