Softball Game Preview: Kettle Falls Bulldogs vs. Northwest Christian School Crusaders

Kettle Falls is 0-10 against Northwest Christian School since April of 2021 but things could change on Saturday. The Bulldogs will face off against the Crusaders at 12:00 p.m. Kettle Falls has given up an average of 10.5 runs per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Kettle Falls came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-0 to Northwest Christian School. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Northwest Christian School pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.4 runs over those games. As for Kettle Falls, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-6.
