Volleyball Recap: Four Straight Home Wins for Wilson

Wilson extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Dhara Vaghela. The Tigers won by a set and slipped past the Darlington Falcons 3-2 thanks in part to Vaghela, who had 17 digs and three assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 14 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Wilson was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-27, 23-25, 25-15, 15-8.

Wilson's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Darlington, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Wilson is set to take on their familiar foe Lakewood at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Darlington will challenge rival Lower Richland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
