Basketball Recap: Lincoln Find Success

On Thursday, the Lincoln Railsplitters narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the West Bloomfield Lakers 66-64. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Railsplitters.

Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for West Bloomfield, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will be taking part in a tournament against Salem at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Salem will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Lincoln surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Bloomfield, they will take on Walled Lake Central in a tournament on Wednesday.
