Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mullen). They came out on top against the Moffat County Bulldogs by a score of 20-16 on Saturday.

Bayla Slucki made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive pitching appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-1.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Caddy Hurtado, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Rayna Salazar, who scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
