Plano fought the good fight in their overtime game against Serena on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 40-36 to the Huskers. The matchup marked the Reapers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

When it comes to explaining why Plano lost, don't look at Chloe Rowe. Despite the final result, she posted ten points in addition to seven boards and seven steals. Rowe has become a key player for the Reapers: the team is 3-1 when she posts at least three steals, but 1-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Le'Niya Viser, who put up ten points and three steals.

Plano's defeat ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-4. As for Serena, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.
