Volleyball Recap: Concordia Academy Takes a Loss

Concordia Academy was the 2-0 winner over Rush City when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Beacons fell 2-0 to the Tigers on Sunday. The Beacons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ella Bohren paced Concordia Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Bohren got some help from Evelyn Brown and her eight assists.

Concordia Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Rush City, their win bumped their record up to 13-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concordia Academy will head out to face off against St. Agnes at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Rush City, they will square off against Crosby-Ironton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rangers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
