Volleyball Recap: Tabb Beats Jamestown for Their Fifth Straight Victory + How To Watch

Tabb extended their winning streak to five on Tuesday, bumping them up to 6-4. They came out on top against the Jamestown Eagles by a score of 3-1. The game was the first time the Tigers have beaten the Eagles on their court since October 11, 2022.

Madilyn Pratt paced Tabb's offense, picking up 16 kills. Pratt got some help from Ayla Sharp and her 26 assists. Pratt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

As for Jamestown, their loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3. Eagles fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Tabb since Tuesday.

Jamestown's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kira Van Deusen, who had 11 digs and two aces. Peyton Tilley also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Coming up, Tabb will face off against Bruton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jamestown, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Gloucester on the 1st.
