Volleyball Recap: Inglemoor Comes Up Short

The Inglemoor Vikings lost 3-0 to the Sultan Turks on Monday.

Demaree Fraser paced Inglemoor's offense, picking up nine kills. Fraser got some help from Hailey Chi and her 15 assists. Ella Moore controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Inglemoor's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Sultan, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Inglemoor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Interlake on the 30th. After both having extra time off, Sultan and Coupeville will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Coupeville is coming into the matchup with six straight wins at home, so Sultan will have to stop a squad with plenty of momentum.
