Carroll had lost six games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 13-17 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They blew past the Samson Tigers 19-2. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Natalie Draper made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Draper was also big at the plate, going 2-for-5 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted over her last 11 games.

In other batting news, Makynzye Bonner was incredible, firing off two home runs, eight RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-5. Those eight RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Nevaeh Landrum, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.
