Horizon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Ocoee Knights an easy 84-62 win. One positive for the Hawks, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Horizon saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Diego Rojas went 7 for 15 on his way to 23 points. Aidan Stein was another key player, putting up five points.

Horizon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Ocoee, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Horizon will take on Dr. Phillips in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Ocoee and Worth County will round out the year against one another at at 4:00 p.m. on December 26th.
