Fulshear had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Clemens Buffaloes by a score of 2-0. This was payback for the Chargers, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Despite the defeat, Clemens saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Emily Corkill had seven assists and five digs.

Fulshear's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Clemens, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Fulshear has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Rouse on the 14th. As for Clemens, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Forney on the 14th.
