Recap: Palmdale vs. Knight
Palmdale has not lost a match since December 13, 2023, a trend which continued in their latest game on Friday. They had just enough and edged Knight out 2-1.
Palmdale was led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Daniel Peraza and
Jacob Cooke, who scored.
Palmdale is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-1-3 record this season. As for Knight, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6-4.
Palmdale will be playing in front of their home fans against Littlerock at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Littlerock's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Palmdale's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Knight, they will head out on the road to square off against Lancaster at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Lancaster has not scored a goal the last four times they've played, a trend they'll try and put an end to.
