Suburban - White recap September 24, 2013

Fort Osage extended the longest winning streak in Suburban - White this week by beating Oak Park, 73-7. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.

Thanks to the talents of Skylar Thompson and Ezra Vaoifi, Fort Osage has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Thompson is tops in the league in passing with 578 yards, while Vaoifi has rushed for 821 yards this season. Staley's Alex Nugent leads the league in receiving yards with 148 on 6 catches.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Raytown takes on Ryan Schartz's team. As it stands, the Bluejays are in fourth, while the Indians are in first.

Fort Osage led the league in scoring this week after putting up 73 points on the Northmen. Thompson threw for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 42 yards during the win.
