Nobody could stop Tate Farrell on Wednesday as he struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with more than eight strikeouts. On the year, he has an ERA of 1.47 over 19 innings pitched.
