Basketball Recap: Griggs County Central/Midkota Takes a Loss

After flying high against Warwick last Tuesday, Griggs County Central/Midkota came back down to earth. The Griggs County Central/Midkota Cougars took a hard 70-51 fall against the Carrington Cardinals on Monday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-40 last Friday.

Griggs County Central/Midkota's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Carrington, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Griggs County Central/Midkota will head out on the road to take on Drayton/Valley-Edinburg at 7:00 p.m. on January 20th. Carrington has already played their next matchup (against Griggs County Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
