Aaron Deleon Goes Supernova in Stratford Victory

Starting off the list is Stratford's Aaron Deleon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Deleon threw for 315 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

Jersey Village had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Deleon it was a similar story. When Deleon last faced the Falcons back in November of 2023, he threw for 409 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 82 yards and two touchdowns.

A Season-Best Effort from Davis Kendall Leads Stratford over Jersey Village

Stratford was led to victory by Davis Kendall, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Saturday. Kendall rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 56 receiving yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 55 yards.

For the year, Kendall has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 59.4 rushing yards per game.

Isaac Richardson Delivers Best Performance of Season

On Friday, Memorial had to settle for second even though Isaac Richardson put up the best numbers he has all season. Richardson picked up three sacks and made eight total tackles (4.0 for loss).

Cy-Fair had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Richardson it was a similar story. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Richardson saw the Bobcats), he picked up two sacks and made 11 total tackles.

Garland Wilburn Dazzles in Cypress Creek Loss

While Cypress Creek might've come up empty on Friday, Garland Wilburn wasn't going down without a fight. Despite the loss, Wilburn was still balling out as he rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 49 receiving yards.

Cypress Creek is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6. Wilburn and Cypress Creek will face off against Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Derbigny Jr. Came Up Big in Cypress Falls' 38-0 Victory

Rounding off our Top Five is Brandon Derbigny Jr. of Cypress Falls. Derbigny Jr. threw for 188 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.

The victory was the third in a row for Cypress Falls, bringing their record for this year to 4-2. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Eagles dukes it out withJersey Village at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
