Kamora Klingman struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with five or more strikeouts. For the season, she has an ERA of 7.39 over 48.1 innings pitched.

Klingman's strong effort led Union County over Edinburgh and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
