Carolina Forest had won 13 straight games and Miracle Mclean did her part to make it 14 on Thursday. The Carolina Forest Panthers walked away with a 53-44 win over the West Ashley Wildcats which was due in part to Mclean, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game.

Another player making a difference was Madisyn Davis, who posted eight points along with six assists and six steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

When it comes to explaining why West Ashley lost, don't look at Destiny Ladson. Despite the final result, she en route to 18 points in addition to eight boards and six assists. That's the most rebounds Ladson has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Elliott, who to rack up 15 points.

Carolina Forest pushed their record up to 24-3 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.9 points over those games. As for West Ashley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

Carolina Forest has already played their next game, a 43-27 defeat against Summerville on the 24th. West Ashley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
