Softball Recap: Wheaton Comes Up Short

The Wheaton Knights came up short against the Wootton Patriots on Thursday and fell 7-4. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wheaton now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Wootton, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Patriots beat Wheaton by a score of 7-3 later that day.
