Mt. Olive won the last time they faced Tri-City and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tornadoes. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

While Mt. Olive might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Tri-City scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21.

Mt. Olive's win bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Tri-City, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-26.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mt. Olive will square off against Nokomis at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday. As for Tri-City, they will face off against PORTA at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
