Volleyball Recap: West St. John Takes a Loss

West St. John was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

West St. John's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3.

Looking ahead, West St. John will square off against John Ehret at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy, they will challenge Salmen at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
