Volleyball Game Preview: East Palo Alto Academy Bulldogs vs. Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons

The East Palo Alto Academy Bulldogs will challenge the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Thursday, East Palo Alto Academy got the win against Design Tech by a conclusive 3-0.

East Palo Alto Academy never let Design Tech on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Crystal Springs Uplands had just enough and edged out Westmoor 3-2 on Thursday.

Crystal Springs Uplands was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (100-96), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-13, 5-25, 30-28, 15-9.

Crystal Springs Uplands' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for East Palo Alto Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
