Volleyball Recap: Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Comes Up Short

Laurel-Concord-Coleridge's tournament run continued when they took on Oakland-Craig on Saturday. The Bears took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights.

Rena Rasmussen paced Laurel-Concord-Coleridge's offense, picking up seven kills. Rasmussen got some help from Carlie Kvols and her 17 assists.

Laurel-Concord-Coleridge's defeat dropped their record down to 19-2. As for Oakland-Craig, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Laurel-Concord-Coleridge has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Pierce on the 30th. As for Oakland-Craig, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Lutheran-Northeast on the 27th.
