Volleyball Recap: Terre Haute North Vigo Comes Up Short

Terre Haute North Vigo lost against Northview back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Patriots lost 3-0 to the Knights.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-7.

Terre Haute North Vigo's offense was headlined by Madi Strange and Sophia Conner, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Libby Saunders and her seven assists. Finally, Audrey Lee kept Terre Haute North Vigo's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Among those leading the charge was Addi Dehart, who had five digs and two aces. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in assists (18).

Terre Haute North Vigo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northview, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Terre Haute North Vigo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Fishers on the 23rd. As for Northview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Zionsville on the 23rd.
