Riverdale Ridge came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Brighton, but Austin Sickler wouldn't allow it. The Brighton Bulldogs snuck past the Riverdale Ridge Ravens with a 58-53 win on Tuesday thanks to Sickler, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 13 boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rebounds.

Riverdale Ridge's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Logan Mestas, who went 5-for-9 en route to 15 points. Mestas is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 56% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Amauri Lucero, who went 5-for-8 to rack up 11 points along with six boards and four steals.

Brighton's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Riverdale Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

Brighton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-58 loss against Westminster on the 13th. As for Riverdale Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 67-55 defeat against Boulder on the 13th.
