Springfield hasn't lost a match since March 20th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Rochester Rockets with a sharp 6-1 victory. The result was nothing new for Springfield, who have now won 13 games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Rochester with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kamryn Hoffman (2), Addie Maddox (2), Madison Clark, and Bridget Lyons.

Springfield's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-1-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven matchups. As for Rochester, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-8-1 record this season.

Springfield will host Champaign Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rochester, they will venture away from home to square off against Peoria Notre Dame at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
