Silverado can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 21-11 margin over the Bonanza Bengals. The Skyhawks' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Jordyn Bunce was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with three runs, three doubles, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Malia Pacheco, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and three RBI.

Silverado's record is now 2-5. As for Bonanza, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-3.

Coming up, Silverado will host Shadow Ridge at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Shadow Ridge will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Silverado surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bonanza, they are taking a road trip to face off against Basic at 3:30 p.m. on April 1.
