Softball Game Preview: Penns Valley Area Rams vs. Bellefonte Raiders

Penns Valley Area hasn't had much luck against Bellefonte recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Rams will welcome the Raiders at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Penns Valley Area 2.2, Bellefonte 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.

On Friday, Penns Valley Area didn't have quite enough to beat Central Cambria and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Bellefonte entered their tilt with Somerset on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Eagles. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won five contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Penns Valley Area's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Bellefonte, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.
