Soccer Recap: West Valley Takes a Loss

If West Valley was feeling good fresh off their 5-2 takedown of Juneau-Douglas on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolf Pack fell just short of the Crimson Bears by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. West Valley were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Juneau-Douglas earlier this season, when they won 5-2.

West Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Juneau-Douglas, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

West Valley wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 win against North Pole on the 24th. As for Juneau-Douglas, they have also already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Houston on the 24th.
