Basketball Recap: Altamont Comes Up Short

Altamont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 77-62 bruising from the Tintic Miners. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Longhorns this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-43 last Saturday.

Altamont's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Tintic, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-6.

Altamont will square off against Wendover at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Altamont is facing Wendover at the right time seeing as Wendover is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Tintic, they will be playing at home against Tabiona at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
