Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

Kennedy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Grant Union Prospectors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Kennedy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Grant Union, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Kennedy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Molalla on the 9th. As for Grant Union, they will welcome Weston-McEwen at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Prospectors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
