Softball Recap: Manning Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mullins last Friday, Manning came back down to earth. The Monarchs wound up with the same score they had in their last game (16-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Manning's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Atlantic Collegiate Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-8.

Looking ahead, Atlantic Collegiate Academy is taking a road trip to face off against South Brunswick at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Manning will be paying especially close attention to the Armada's matchup: after the Armada faces off against the Cougars, they'll take on Manning again at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
