Football Recap: Sickles Gryphons vs. Leto Falcons
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sickles). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 40-38 win over the Leto Falcons on Friday. The Gryphons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.
Ethan Hanson had a dynamite game for Sickles, throwing for 147 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing for 71 yards on only seven carries. Kerven Dennis was in the mix as well, providing Sickles with two touchdowns.

Sickles' victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for Leto, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.
