Soccer Recap: Johnson County Comes Up Short

Johnson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 5-0 to the Dooly County Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Dooly County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 on March 7th.

Johnson County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Dooly County, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Johnson County will face off against rival Georgia Military College at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Dooly County is set to square off against their familiar foe Treutlen at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
