Basketball Recap: Grovemont's Run of Three Straight Wins Now Over

Grovemont lost against St. Thomas More Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Grovemont Spartans fell 53-42 to the St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors. The game marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

St. Thomas More Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was JohnPaul Mack out in front who posted 24 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Mack has scored at least a third of St. Thomas More Academy's points. Joseph DeGuzman was another key player, putting up 16 points.
