Basketball Recap: Grandview Heights Comes Up Short

Grandview Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were dealt a 61-29 defeat at the hands of the Bishop Ready Silver Knights. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 636th, while the Silver Knights are ranked 55th).

Grandview Heights' loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Bishop Ready, their victory bumped their record up to 19-3.

Grandview Heights didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 46-39 win against Madison Plains on the 15th. As for Bishop Ready, they will face off against East Knox at 1:00 p.m. on February 22nd. One thing working in East Knox's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
