Tuesday just wasn't the day for Roswell's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hobbs Eagles on Tuesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Roswell saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Davian Dominguez, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Roswell has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for Hobbs, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-14.

While Roswell had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
