Baseball Recap: Pennfield Comes Up Short

Pennfield fell victim to Charlotte and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 7-0 to the Orioles. The game marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Pennfield's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Charlotte, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
