Walther Christian Academy had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Islamic Foundation Chargers by a score of 2-0.

Jill Bjorklund paced Walther Christian Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Bjorklund got some help from Isabella Rosado and her 17 assists. Sarah Zaia and Erin O'Connor kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Walther Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 24-7. As for Islamic Foundation, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 21-6.

Coming up, Walther Christian Academy will square off against Schaumburg Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Islamic Foundation does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
