The New Madrid County Central Eagles came tearing into Tuesday's contest with 15 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 82-43 victory over Caruthersville. New Madrid County Central has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Jadis Jones was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 37 points and 13 rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last 11 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ Ruff, who scored seven points along with ten assists and seven rebounds.

New Madrid County Central's victory was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-1. As for Caruthersville, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Madrid County Central will square off against Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
