Football Recap: Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers vs. Monmouth-Roseville Titans

They had just enough and edged the Monmouth-Roseville Titans out 22-20. The win was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Paxton-Buckley-Loda was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 227 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their rushing yard total in three consecutive contests.
Monmouth-Roseville's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Payton Thompson, who rushed for 89 yards and two touchdowns, and Landon Montroy, who rushed for 95 yards and a touchdown. That's the most rushing yards Montroy has posted since back in September of 2023.
